<p>If you have too much flesh around your stomach you need to start some ab workouts (<a href="http://ab-workouts.net">http://ab-workouts.net</a>). Back problems can be relieved and this is good for both men and women. When you strengthen one you tone up the other. Sit ups as well as crunches are easy routines to strengthen the abdominals. </p>
<p>Dealing with the lower back you can try lying on your stomach. Raising your feet and knees off of the flooring and gently kicking your legs as if you were swimming. Do repetitions of 15 seconds action, resting 30 seconds.</p>
<p>While you&#8217;re at it, why not cut down on the sodium consumption. It is accepted to link sodium and sodium rich foods with heart problems and risk of stroke. Water not only serves to keep the body hydrated, it also helps your body to metabolize stored fat into energy and cuts your appetite.</p>
<p>You may look at scaling down your alcohol consumption as well. Yes, I know, we all are disappointed that alcoholic drinks are not a water substitute. Alcoholic beverages contain a lot of what is called empty calories which  tend to get fixed around the gut resulting in spare tires. You do not need to eliminate alcohol altogether, just keep in mind how much you consume and adjust as needed; just as you would if you were controlling what you eat.</p>

With red pashmina scarves blowing in the wind and noses in the air, they don&#8217;t care about a thing. they walk the pooch down Fifth Avenue,  and make time for the museum and a a small cafe, too. Oops &#8211; it started to rain! They slide into the bookstore for a cappuccino, and browse the books to ease the pain. then it&#8217;s off for a change of clothes &#8211; and later perhaps for a sip of champagne! &#8220;Oh, we have sent a little money  to charity today.&#8221; The food was good, the music, too, although the saxophonist needs more practice, Oh, how exhausting life is.  Fun, run, quicken the pace &#8211;  They won&#8217;t be on time to hit the bed and sleep to wake up early and start again! Functions and luncheons, oh-what to do- &#8216;I ahve to fit in a date with my psychotherapist, too.&#8221;</p>
